I just finished uploading 1 year worth of work! About 30 renderings in total.  I thank God for the work he's given me and the talent to perform it.  My style has gone through some dramatic changes.  I am no longer preoccupied on achieving photorealistic images but rather try to focus on the details that will allow the project to be built.  Materials, details, building feasibility, costs and other aspects that I was oblivious to in the past have now taken a front row seat in my design priorities.  Yes it’s been a weird year.  The economy is bad but you know what...its times like these that we have time to look at our work and take it as a

Well it's been about a year since my last submission.  First of, new job and second really busy.  It's been worth the wait though.  I was in a weird place about a year ago.  I've seen my work progress in design quality this last year.  My new job with Hermes Architects has had a lot to do with my artistic growth.  I'm surrounded by some really talented people.  Also the quality of human treatment and appreciation is a great motivator.  Hope you enjoy the last line of renderings since my last one "Bella Terra".  See you guys soon when I submit more work. You see it in the news all the time.  People exceeding their human abilities when put under severe distress.  Well I got to the point to where I thought I might even have to change my career from architecture to music, law, or some other random field.  Post Oak Plaza is a retail center we are remodeling here at Levinson Associates.  The center is dead in the middle of the Galleria Area.
