Its nice, but this is just a common drawing in the architecture. I see hundreds of these every day at my university (i study architecture too). Not really art, since these drawing are all about capturing the situation/atmosphere and are very rationally made, but still u managed to capture the atmoshpere nicely.
At any rate, the selection was made by ^ frail so you should talk it up with him.
